Steve started Inspectra because he kept seeing the same problem: buyers paying for inspections and still getting stung. Too many reports were vague, rushed, or produced by people who had never actually built anything. Steve has spent 20+ years in construction — managing projects, controlling budgets, supervising trades — and holds a Domestic Builder Unlimited (DB-U) licence from the VBA, Victoria's highest builder registration class. He knows exactly what cutting corners looks like, because he's overseen enough work to know where builders hide it.
